F&C Candles offers candle refills. Instead of throwing away your candle containers, you can repurpose them again, again, and again! Whether you want to refill candles you purchased from me originally, or elsewhere - as long as its a candle safe container, I'm happy to make the refill for you and give you the option to repurpose before buying new.
Candle Refills in 4 Easy Steps
Get Started
Follow these steps to get your candles refilled!
1. Drop Off
Drop off your candles to Constellation Marketplace anytime they're open! Just fill out a contact slip with the staff and leave your vessels in these baskets. I come in to collect the previous month's worth of drop offs on the first Friday of every month. (Not local to Sacramento? Email me using the form below to discuss mail in refill options.)
2. Select Fragrances
I will email you to share my currently available refill fragrances. Once you pick your fragrances I will get to work on cleaning out your vessels and refilling them. These refills are made over 2-3 weeks.
3. Make Payment
I will send you an electronic invoice to make payment for your refills. If you have a customer account on my website already, I make sure to connect your refill order to your account so you can earn rewards points!
4. Pick Up
I will bring your refilled candles into Constellation Marketplace by the first Friday of the second month from when you dropped off. For example: if you drop off on any day in May, they'll get collected the first Friday of June, and be back to the store for you to pick up by the first Friday of July! Once I bring them in, I will email you and you can pick up at your convenience anytime the store is open.

Visit The Constellation Marketplace, where I have a retail residency that you can shop from, and have a dedicated area on my shelves for dropping off your refills (or bottles for custom candles!). Just check in at the register and fill out a simple contact information slip to leave behind for me.
Candle Refill FAQs
Drop offs at Constellation Marketplace are collected the first Friday of every month. Your refills will be back in the shop for pick up by the first Friday of the next month.
For example: if you drop off in May, they'll get collected the first Friday of June, and be back to the store for you to pick up by the first Friday of July!
I can refill any candle safe container. Whether you got the candle from me or somewhere else originally, I'm happy to refill it!
I can also refill your custom bottle candles over and over again!
Nope. It's actually a specific part of my process to clean your candles out with boiling water so I can make sure the vessel has no damage and it is safe to enjoy as a candle again.
A PDF of currently available fragrances will be shared to you via email during the refill process. A perk of refilling is that you have lots of options!

I frequently have customers mail their empty candles for refills! Just use the form below to email me and we can coordinate together.
Pricing is $2/oz. I pour ever candle on a scale to weigh the pour - so you get exactly what you pay for (and sometimes a smidge more). This means refills in vessels from my business save you anywhere from 35-45%!
You will be sent an electronic invoice to pay for your refills. Payment must be made before they will be brought back into the store for pick up.
