Custom Candles FAQs
Custom orders must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance from the event date, except for events taking place November-January, which will require 6 weeks notice due to the busy season. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Select from any of my year-round fragrances: Citrus Agave, Citrus Mint, Deep Sea, Lavender Sage, Oakmoss Amber, Salty Flower, or Sunsoaked. Interested in a different fragrance? Just let me know!
Yes, you may choose up to two fragrances per custom order to be split 50/50.
You provide me details of what you want on your label, and I create a draft that you can provide 2 rounds of feedback on to finalize. Pinterest or other inspo pictures are required! Because labels are printed in-house, slight color variations may occur from the digital proof.
All labels are printed on estate #9 paper, a slightly textured, off-white luxurious paper typically seen used on bottle labels.
Each custom order includes one label design. If you’d like candles to double as placecards with individual guest names, this is available as an add-on and will include multiple name variations within the same design.
Sometimes - you'll need to make sure they don't sit in direct sun and aren't outside in ambient temperatures at around 75+, or they will begin to melt.
Shipping for custom orders is charged at cost, based on the exact carrier rate for your order. Large custom orders often exceed my standard flat-rate shipping due to size and weight, so charging at cost ensures you’re only paying the actual shipping expense, and nothing more. Free local pick ups are available in Sacramento.
